This is just a weave interrupted by your hands clasped together in a praying fashion but pointed straight out in front of you. The interruption point is right in the middle of a 180 weave when you are halfway through the wheel. Just let them spin around your hand until they lock then use the bounce from this to send them back the other way to unwrap.
