This very basic wrap is simplicity itself, just wrap the poi heads into your tricep and spin them back out the way they came. This serves as a useful example of how quickly you can change direction using wraps. A single wrap would change the move from a butterfly based one to a weave one and vice versa but because here we wrap two heads we reverse both of them and so the move itself. |
