| Moonblaze Wicks - by Vicky
If you've ever made cathedrals you must know how much of a pain it is to drill through kevlar *shudders* in this design you weave the wicking around the bolt, which is not only easier but holds it's shape well and even looks kinda pretty. |

Finished unless using locknuts. |
If locknuts are used cover with layers. |
Then sew the bottom edges. |

If you are using regular nuts, use a smaller washer on the bottom and leave the end of the bolt exposed. If you hide it you won't be able to tighten it every once in a while and it will eventually unscrew. You will then have to remake your wicks. It happened to me... no fun. So cut off the extra kevlar at this point, you might also want to sew around the bottom to make sure everything stays in place.
